Achieving the indoor/outdoor lifestyle isn’t exactly easy but this apartment does it!

This eclectic dream space has a wonderful outdoor area, great for lounging and enjoying a lazy afternoon, outdoor dinners, or a long night. The layout is perfect for a romantic getaway, entertaining friends, or for spending quality family time.

Beautifully decorated, it can fit up to 5 people! And because they are part of the family too:) potty trained dogs can be added to the reservation for a $85 fee per pet (up to 2).

We venture to say that ALL the beds are some of the best you have ever rested on!

2 bedrooms allow for plenty of privacy. 1 king bed, 1 twin day bed (with an extremely comfortable twin trundle) and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area.

Neighborhood overview and other things to notice

The home is close to great dining and just 12 miles north of historic Charleston. It is also a short ride away from the Isle of Palms Marina for a full-service Marina with boat rentals & charters and from the world renowned Wild Dunes Golf Course.

Parking for 2 vehicles.

All stays include an initial supply of linens and towels, beach towels and chairs, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots, and pans. WIFI and smart ROKU TV, and Netflix access.

Awesome stay!

Melissa’s place was super clean and all around special! She has thought of everything. The backyard was awesome to sit in in the evening when we arrived. We had my daughter’s dog with us and she seemed right at home with a place to be fenced in so as to not have to be leashed. The set up inside was so cute! The walk to the beach at IOP was just a short jaunt and the day on the beach was lovely! Thank you, Melissa for being so thoughtful with your gifts as well!

Perfect short stay

We were only there 2 nights and it worked out perfect for our family of 4.. Close to the beach and a quick bike ride down to the restaurants. The back yard was super cute, we spend both nights at the outdoor table playing board games. Will keep this place in my favorite for sure.

Beautiful and convenient rental

The property was very clean and well maintained. No issues during stay. Host is amazing. The backyard area was perfect to use the shower outside when coming back from the beach and to have meals outside. The inside has a nice den/kitchen and upstairs has the bathrooms and bedrooms. The rental is very convenient to the beach (public access 23) is a block away and to both Isle of Palms town center (3 minutes by car) and to Sullivan’s Isle. It is also very easy to go into Charleston. Would highly recommend. Had a great time.

Would stay forever

Such an amazing stay! Everything is so thoughtful and beautiful- I didn’t want to leave! The backyard is so cozy, the decor inside is amazing and everything is INCREDIBLY clean and comfortable. Everything one would need is right where you want it including games and beach toys. I stayed with my daughter and our little doggie and we had an absolute blast. The location is perfect- a 1 min drive to the main stores and a 1 min walk to the beach. The host is a dream- super responsive, helpful…above and beyond. An utter delight.

We stayed for a full week and absolutely loved our stay! It is obvious that Melissa put a lot of thought and care into this property. All of the little intricate details were great and I highly recommend staying here if you ever have the chance. It’s one block from the beach and the beach access is directly across the street. We rented a golf cart for the week and had a wonderful time on IOP. We will definitely stay here again if the property is available when we visit next time!
