The stunning intracoastal dream has large porches, great for lounging and enjoying a lazy afternoon. It is perfectly located to be able to stroll to the beach and to bask in the sunset views over the golf course and the waterway!

Built with a bit of a Mediterranean flair, it can fit up to 12 people! The house has an open concept; the layout is perfect for entertaining friends, families or bachelorettes enjoying what Charleston has to offer. And because they are part of the family too:) potty trained dogs can be added to the reservation for a $100 fee per pet (up to 2).

If you want to break a sweat, use the fully equipped gym and infrared sauna.

What about a round of golf? The house is right on the golf course. The World-renowned Wild Dunes resort has two championship 18-hole golf courses.

The beach is an easy walk away through the beautiful, quiet streets. Or rent a golf car from the many rental companies on the island.

We venture to say that all the beds are some of the best you have ever rested on!

3 exceptionally large bedrooms, each with a private bath, a king bed, and a twin day bed and twin trundle.

There is one master suite on the first floor, with access to a porch under oak trees. The top floor features two master suites. One is a sumptuous room, with large glass doors that open up to a spacious deck with an outdoor tub. Romantic evenings can be spent there, overlooking the sunset or the stars with a glass or a bottle of wine 🙂

This is what sweet dreams and honeymoons are made of.

Neighborhood overview and other things to notice

The home is RIGHT around the corner from IOP recreation center which offers dog park, playground, soccer and basketball courts, and a toddler’s park. It is close to great dining and just 12 miles north of historic Charleston. It is also a short ride away from the Isle of Palms Marina for a full-service Marina with boat rentals & charters.

Parking for 4 vehicles plus additional off-street parking available.

All stays include an initial supply of linens and towels, beach towels and chairs, washer and dryer, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots, and pans. WIFI and smart ROKU TVs in all rooms.

We especially appreciated all of the beach equipment, including the folding wagon that helped us tote chairs and supplies to the beach, which was a short 15-minute walk from the house. We also enjoyed being able to use the well-stocked kitchen to cook our meals, and liked being able to spread out across the decks and screened-in porch. Finally, Melissa was a great host and answered all our questions quickly, and the house is just as stylish in person as in the photos.
